The number of teachers who worked unethically and being terminated from their jobs has come up in a large number this year of which  they raised to 422 teachers in the year 2013/2014  and being terminated from their jobs in various places within the country, including 3 of them who have been found engaging themselves in relationship with the students and 2 of them provided exams to the students before seating for examinations, the number of teachers is compared to 278 teachers  who were chased in the year 2012/2013.
The assistance secretary in the department of teachers ,Christina Hape has explained those in Morogoro and clarified that in the year 2012/2013 98% of 151 teachers were terminated from their jobs as they were recommended to do so after documents with evidence of their mistakes being submitted to the department, she  explained that the main reason amongst others for terminating them in their positions is dogging from attending their jobs and progressing with their studies without asking for the permission.
She added that the other reasons which can lead to that consequence is teachers to engage themselves in relationship with the students or to provide exams which can cause leakage of the paper before the students sat for it,measurements are taken upon the teachers with the same mistakes both in private and public sectors,Hape said.
Due to the information of the teacher's department those civil servants must ensure they obey the laws of the authority which put them in their vacancies and consider that teaching is not only a professional but an ethical acting as when children are being mislead is the same as misleading tomorrow's nation.
